HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
If the value of your purchase is less than £50 (USA $79), you will be charged a shipping fee of £5.99 (USA $ 10.99)
HOW LONG IS THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME?
Order before 12:00 and we ship the same weekday. Delivery is normally within 3-7 business days from the order date. However, it can sometimes take 1-2 days longer due to delays at the shipping company or if the workload at our warehouse is unusually high.
HOW ARE PARCELS SENT?
We use different shipping companies, depending on the size of your order. If you have not received an email with your tracking link, please contact our customer service at email@example.com. We look forward to helping you!
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PARCEL HAS ARRIVED?
The first attempt is always home delivery but if you're not home the freight company will leave a note on your door with more information.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICK UP MY PARCEL?
Uncollected parcels will be returned to us and we will charge you a fee of £30 for the returned parcel. The fee covers the double shipping costs as well as picking and packing.

DO I HAVE A COOLING OFF PERIOD?
There is always a 14-day return policy for products purchased at HijabFactory.co.uk. This means that you have the right to revoke your purchase by emailing HijabFactory within 14 days of the date you took receipt of the ordered product or the order reached the collection point (cooling-off period).
Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the right of return or exchange on personalised posters printed to order.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
• You as a customer are responsible for paying the return fee
• Product(s) must be returned in new condition with tags intact
• Repack the products(s) in a secure package with all original packaging
• Include a copy of the packing slip which includes your name, order number and item number(s) along with the filled out returned merchandise form next to the return label.
• We recommend that you choose a trackable shipping method to ensure the safety of your shipment. We are not responsible for lost packages.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If you would like to exchange a received product for something different, it is processed like a regular return. You send us the item you don’t want and we will refund you. You can then proceed to place a new order in our web shop.
WHAT DO I DO IF A PRODUCT IS BROKEN OR INCORRECT?
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we aim to help you as soon as possible. Send an email containing the following information to info@HijabFactory.com:
- Email address provided at purchase
- Order number
- Customer name
- Item number
- Attach a photo
Our Customer Service Team will get back to you as soon as possible.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
HijabFactory strives to repay the amount as soon as possible, yet no later than within 14 days. Please note that HijabFactory must have received the goods as a return or a delivery receipt must be presented on request before a refund can be issued.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
When paying by debit card, the amount will be credited back to the card used at the time of purchase. If you have selected "Payment by Invoice", we will postpone the due date as far as possible so that the return can be received in advance. When we receive your return, we will send you an updated invoice of the balance to your e-mail address. If you have already paid your bill, you will receive an e-mail from Klarna with details of your refund.
Did you make a purchase during a special offer or did you use a discount code? Once your return has been received, your order will be recalculated. If the requirements for the special offer or discount are not met, the discount will be deducted from your refund.
